Loved its very very nice and courteous staff.

The quadruple room we stayed in was tidy and cool. Extras like a microwave, air conditioner, and cable programming were appreciated. The hotel location was GREAT and brilliant in Green Bay.

Stayed in this property for 2 nights and liked our choice. The place was exceptionally clean with an excellent and amiable staff. The hotel was recently refurbished, it had a particularly good and unbeatable location very close to beach and shops, stores and New York...

Exceptionally comfortable hotel located adjacent to eateries, the business center, and many stores and restaurants. Cool, neat rooms with exta bed and bathroom amenities, as for instance, marvellous setting.

Cold bathroom.

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower nice and hot!!

We booked on Booked.net for $70.00 per night but was charged $99 per night for the 2nd and third night by the hotel. Also the photos show breakfast but that is not true that photo is from there location in Fairfield, take it off your website lol. Some of the housekeeping staff could use a course in customer service skills. Not very friendly

Recently renovated hotel located in a comfortable area near to eateries, Milford, CT and Connecticut. Marvellous and comfy location, within walking distance of everywhere.

It was clean and comfortable

no food available at hotel We were asking about a disabled veterans discount,but the clerk didn't let us finish and swiped my card too soon and couldn't make adjustment.. too much in a hurry. I left my black sweater in room 409can my relatives up there pick it up ? I

spacious room but could use better cleanliness

The room was spacious enough for two adults and our dogs. The nearby boardwalk provided a lovely space for walks.

There were some people yelling in the room next to me, so I asked for another room, and the desk clerk fixed it right away even though the place was booked full up for the night.

The pool was nice even though I didn't get to use it.

Front desk not very helpful and didn't seem very friendly...housekeeping was extremely rude and confused. I asked for towels when I saw her in the hallway on my floor and she initially told me no cause it wasn't her time to come to my room yet. Then proceeds to bring the towels almost 3 hours later. Extremely disappointed and this is coming from someone who works in hospitality as well.

The location was great for our beach parties. The room was reasonablyvery comfy and tidy for sleeping. The staff was attentive . It was a budget-friendly option for a quick getaway. The AC worked well, keeping the room cool.

Thin walls + loud neighbours in the middle of the night

I liked the pillows and the down feather blanket the staff was rude and unresponsive

I didn't like that there was no breakfast included for 80 a night , and my daughter stayed in another room and her $5,000.00 engagement ring was stolen by the housekeeper, will NEVER stay there again!!!

The location was super convenient for our beach party and just ten minutes away from the Arena at Harbor Yard for some fun events. The room was reasonablyvery comfy and tidy. If you're looking for a budget-friendly spot to crash, this is the place.
